Community choir to hold online choir practice amid coronavirus lockdown
Singwell Community Wellbeing Choir usually meets in five different locations across Worthing and Shoreham but has sadly had to close its doors for the time being.
Julia Daintree, choir leader, said: “Although we cannot replicate the rehearsals exactly, we are keen to keep the friendships and singing alive.

“When isolation is over, we will aim to get together to perform what we have learned and to make friends face to face.”
The sessions will run via the Singwell Choir page on Facebook on Monday and Thursday, 10am to 10.30am.
Julia added: “We hope to bring some joy to people’s homes and to give existing members a small way to keep in touch.

Singwell, which has been running since September, aims to create a safe and friendly place for singers of all abilities to produce music and have fun.
