Ten Bognor Regis residents are Postcode Lottery winners in time for 2021

Ten people in Bognor Regis are celebrating after winning £1,000 each thanks to their postcode.

The Essex Road neighbours landed the windfall when PO21 2BU was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize winner on December 28.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes and said: “Congratulations to our winners. I’m sure this news has made their day and I hope they enjoy spending their winnings.”

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.

This draw was promoted on behalf of Crisis which has received more than £5.7 million in funding thanks to players. The charity is dedicated to ending homelessness and throughout the year helps approximately 10,000 people in England, Scotland and Wales.

Many good causes close to the winners have also benefitted from players’ support, and local charities can apply for funding next year.
