Planners reject homes project
Plans to build two floors of 10 starter homes over the existing ground level car park in Lennox Street and flats at ground and first floor level fronting Norfolk Street, has been given the thumbs down by planners at Arun District Council.
They have recommended that the outline planning application be refused on the grounds that the proposed three and two storey development would overshadow neighbouring homes.
Bognor Town Council has already objected to the plans saying that it would be out of keeping with other original buildings and opposed to the Bognor Regis Master Plan.
