PLANNING: Pub chain hatches plans to change Oystercatcher

CHANGES to the appearance of a popular pub/restaurant at Climping have been proposed.

Pub chain Mitchells and Butlers has submitted its plans for The Oystercatcher, in Yapton Road, to Arun District Council.

ANGMERING: single-storey rear extension and porch to front elevation (this application affects the character and appearance of the Angmering conservation area), Westend, High Street.

ARUNDEL: single-storey portable cabin-style building within the Arundel conservation area, behind the Norfolk Centre, Mill Road.

Remodelling of the house and change of design of roof over rear utility and WC (this application affects the character and appearance of the Arundel conservation area), 23 King Street.

CLIMPING: replacement of windows with new bi-fold doors on front elevation, and new window in side rendered wall, The Oystercatcher, Yapton Road.
