Police appeal for witnesses after woman assaulted in Littlehampton
The 22-year-old was walking through an alleyway near to to Somerfield, Anchor Springs, between 6.45pm and 6.55pm, when she was approached by a man who pushed her against the wall and tried to remove her jeans.
He is described as between 25 and 30 years old, about 5ft 9in tall, and of a medium build. He was clean shaven and had dark hair, shaved at the sides with a fringe brushed forward, and was wearing a navy blue lightweight jacket, which was zipped up, with white trainers and dark-coloured jeans or trousers.
