Progress in fight against train horns
AN improvement is on its way for West Sussex residents who have had their night-time tranquillity shattered by loud train horns - and some changes are to be made during daytime hours to alleviate the problem.
From April 7, the train industry is making some changes to its operations, which will improve the quality of life for line-side residents and also affect footpath crossings.
