Sidley drugs swoop: Three arrested

POLICE arrested three people in a drugs raid in Sidley on October 20.

Officers entered three premises in Sidley Street under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Inspector Dick Coates, of Bexhill Police, confirmed that a 'quantity of property' had been recovered and the three people present at the time are continuing to help police with their enquires.

Insp Coates said people who commit crime within the Sidley area are being actively targetted. More warrants will be executed within Sidley and he remains committed to actively stamping out criminal activity in Bexhill.

He added: "If you are committing crime we are coming after you."
