A23 delays following accident
DRIVERS have faced long delays this morning (Tuesday June 19) following an accident on the A23.
Two lanes have been closed at Handcross Hill northbound between Handcross and Pease Pottage.
There has been congestion up to Warninglid.
Earlier reports said up to five vehicles were involved.
