Drivers face delays on A23

There is slow traffic and one lane closed on A23 southbound at Handcross, because of flooding.

There is also queueing traffic on the road northbound at Hickstead, because of an earlier overturned vehicle.

Finally, there is queueing traffic for three miles on southbound in Newtimber Place at the B2117 junction, because of an earlier broken down vehicle.

All the incidents have had a knock-on effect on traffic in the area.
