Woman drowns at Camber Sands

A 30-year-old woman is believed to have drowned at Camber Sands yesterday (July 9).

At around 4.30pm, police and ambulances were at the scene.

Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance airlifted her to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
