Tributes for DCI Jim Torbet
DCI James Torbet was found dead early on October 30 2008.
Mr Torbet's life had been overshadowed by the murder of his 19-year-old daughter Rae in 2003.
Despite this, Mr Torbet had received five commendations in a 28-year career with Sussex Police, and in recent years he had worked in the force's professional standards department.
