World famous Phatfish takes to the stage

Highly acclaimed Phatfish will bring Christian worship to a new audience in Bognor Regis.

The rock band are one of the top musical performers in the world of worship.

Their contemporary style has seen them gather fans, mainly in their 20s to 40s, around the world on the back of a series of successful albums and performances.

They will be appearing at the Bognor Regis Bible Week on September 24. They will lead corporate worship at 7.30pm and after the evening teaching they will be in concert from around 9.15pm to 10.30pm. Entry will be free.

Their selection of songs is likely to include numbers from band member Lou Fellingham's recent album, Promised Land, and from the band's warmly welcomed Guaranteed album.

Phatfish come from Brighton and have appeared on dozens of worship albums as well as national television programmes such as BBC1's Songs of Praise.

Also taking part in the week will be a who's who of Christian figures such as the popular evangelical speaker the Rev Dr Derek Tidball, sociologist, author and theologian the Rev Dr Clifford Hill and singer-songwriter Rob Newey.

Events will include Bible studies and talks as well as the more lighthearted play, When I'm Calling You by the Saltmine Theatre Company.
