Yet more deckchairs
After a very successful run of Jean McConnell’s Deckchairs last year (a compilation of three playlets from Deckchairs 2 and Deckchairs 3 of her four Deckchairs play productions), the Regis Players are now staging the five short playlets which comprise the complete Deckchairs 1.
The plays will again be staged cabaret style as Supper Theatre at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 22 (bring your own wine) and as Cream Tea Theatre at 3pm on Sunday, October 23, both at Felpham Village Hall. There will be an additional Supper Theatre performance at the Pagham United Reformed Church at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 29.

Next up for the Players is a workshop on Monday, November 7 at 7.30pm in Felpham Village Hall offering Deborah Amor’s One-Act Challenge.
“You’ve heard of the twenty-four hour musical?” Peter said. “Welcome to the madness and mayhem that will be this ninety-minute one-act play!
“A La Carte consists of monologues, a dualogue, two groups of four and up to three waiters. So rise to the challenge and be there for a prompt 7.30pm start!”
