Bexhill snatch deserved draw
TWO goals in the final five minutes saw Bexhill United clinch a 2-2 draw at Sussex Division Three promotion hopefuls Haywards Heath Town.
Dom Bigg and Benjie Symes were on target to earn the visitors a richly deserved share of the spoils.
Manager Len Watkins said: "It was absolutely superb."
Town opened the scoring through Whitmore (51) and Elphick (55) added what seemed a killer second.
United refused to lie down and were rewarded on 85 minutes when Bigg reduced the arrears. Soon after Symes was in the right place to head the equaliser.
