Brisk start to Goodwood's 2013 ticket sales

TICKETS for Goodwood's 2013 season have gone on sale - with bosses keen to see how popular a new season ticket proves.

Goodwood have launched an exclusive new season ticket that will allow unlimited access to the Gordon Enclosure. Holders will be able to enjoy the extensive facilities of the enclosure at all 19 days of racing - including the Glorious Goodwood festival – for just £175 per person for the year.

The Gordon Enclosure season ticket and individual enclosure tickets for 2013 racing fixtures went on sale on December 1, making them an ideal Christmas gift for the horse-racing fan or Sussex socialite.

Bradley Eccleshare, Goodwood racecourse head of marketing: “2013 tickets were released on December 1 and sales are going really well.

“It’s important for us to go on-sale prior to Christmas, especially as we know that Goodwood Horseracing tickets are very popular as Christmas presents.

“With Glorious selling out earlier and earlier each year it matters greatly to us that our loyal customers get the chance to secure the tickets they want in plenty of time.”
