Learning curve for Clymping in Westfield defeat

Hide Ad“For a lot of these players it is a first year in senior football coming from youth level. In the first 25 minutes, we were in the game but once Westfield worked out what we were about they began to get a lot more physical.”
Adams fired the home side in front on 17 minutes, before Smith added a second on the half-hour.
A tough first 45 minutes was then capped off with Smith striking a second five minutes prior to the break.
Westfield finished the game well and netted three times in the final 20 minutes. Ellis got his first on 70 minutes then bagged a second 12 minutes from time.

Hide AdAdams then completed his brace to round off the scoring on 84 minutes.
