Hastings United's match away to Faversham Town tonight has been called-off owing to a frozen pitch.

The Ryman Football League Division One South fixture was called-off due to a frozen pitch, albeit only after United's players and supporters had arrived at the Shepheard Neame Stadium.

United's game is one of five postponements in the division tonight, with the matches at Dorking Wanderers, Godalming Town, Horsham and Sittingbourne also succumbing to the sudden cold snap.

The fixtures at Corinthian-Casuals, Greenwich Borough, Hythe Town and Whyteleafe, however, are going ahead.

United are 11th in the table - seven points behind a Corinthian-Casuals side which occupies the final play-off spot of fifth with three games in hand.

Their next three matches are all at home, starting with the visit of leaders Dorking on Saturday.
