Galt goal boosts Bexhill survival hopes
A LATE strike from Steve Galt against Hurstpierpoint could prove all important for Bexhill Town as they continued their fight for Sussex County League survival.
Galt grabbed the all-important winner five minutes from time in a tense encounter at the Polegrove.
The 1-0 victory saw Bexhill leapfrog their rivals and puts them three points clear of the drop zone.
All the other results affecting the strugglers went pretty much Bexhill's way and now the Green Machine have given themselves real hope of retaining their County status for another season.
