Ryan bags a brace for Blues
RUSTINGTON FC manager Gareth Davies was thrilled with his side's performance against Crawley Down Reserves on Saturday.
Down were unbeaten in County League Reserves Section East before the game but Davies said: "I thought the first half performance was the best I have seen this season. We looked confident and determined and it was exactly the response I was looking for.
"Ryan Walton took his goals exceptionally well and nine goals in seven games shows the calibre of player he is.
"More importantly, we played as a team and take a huge amount of confidence into the game at Loxwood on Saturday."
