Westfield clinch intermediate cup
Westfield reserves lifted the Hastings & District FA Intermediate Cup after running out 4-0 winners against Punnetts Town at Gibbons Memorial Field on Saturday.
The final was still goalless at half time before The Parishioners stepped up a gear and scored through Danny Woodley, Ashley Payne, Sam Jamison and an own goal.
A couple of hours earlier, Catsfield romped to an 8-0 victory over Ticehurst in the Hastings & District FA Junior Cup final thanks to goals from Colin White (2), Charles Morgan (2), Mark Wadbrook, Mark Robertson, Alex Woodhams and Tony Luke.
