The Fernhurst Hub is running half term Halloween themed afternoon craft workshop.

The event, on Wednesday, October 26, is aimed at children aged three to 12 years old, and have to be accompanied by an adult.

On the day children will be able to make bats and a wearable mask.

Sarah Brown, volunteer children’s events co-ordinator, said: “Bring an empty cereal box and empty loo roll if you have one. Paints, glue and weird and wonderful bits and pieces will be provided. I love seeing how the children let their imagination run riot, each creation is different. The clocks go back on Sunday 30 October, which is perfect timing for that witches mask."
