PFC Kebab, a takeaway at 1 Pevensey Court Shops, Eastbourne Road, Pevensey Bay, East Sussex was given the score after assessment on September 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wealden's 70 takeaways with ratings, 33 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
